Born again in 1985. Donald Ibbitson is a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor-Advanced Certification with National Christian Counselors Association.  Ordained under Meherat Yerga Ministries.  Married to wife Corinne since 1978. Three children, six grandchildren and have resided in Tampa, FL since 1981.

      • Developed and implemented full suite of counseling and discipleship/sanctification processes for clients, incorporating NCCA Arno Profile System (APS) temperament profile analysis.

Phyllis J. Tarbox, MA

Personal Information

Born in New Haven, Ct. Married , mother of two daughters. Have served on the board of several women’s ministries and intercessor teams throughout Tampa Bay.

NCCA Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor and Professional Member of the National Christian Counselors Association. Traveled locally and abroad teaching with a Deliverance team. Currently counseling, teaching deliverance, and helping to train and equip Gods Children to walk in their divine purpose.  Ordained under Meherat Yerga Ministries.
